ITunes won't run

So, I downloaded the itunes 10.1 exe for windows 32 bit, And used PlayonLinux to install it and When I run itunes, I keep getting errors and also when i use the ubuntu software center to download wine, it removes playonlinux and vice versa, Any help would be awesome

ok, So i got both installed, but the site only shows weird symbols and numbers
