Hey! I am having some installation troubles. I'll try to explain them as clearly as possible for everyone to read. This is my first time ever trying to run an Linux OS.

So, I bought the Ultimate version. I downloaded it and unzipped it with 7zip. Everything was fine till about this point. I am trying to burn it onto a disk. I am using ImgBurn like suggested. It won't burn onto the disk at at all. I started to once but then I got an error and it aborted. I know I'm supposed to check the MD5 file. I've been to the thread that is called something like.. DOWNLOAD, CHECK, BURN. and read that already. If anyone has any suggestions for me or know the fix that would be great. I don't intended on giving up anytime soon and I hope I do end up figuring it out.

Thanks!

Hi,

maybe you are having problem with Imgburn??, you can try a different burn prog:

http://download.cnet.com/Ashampoo-Burni ... 76287.html

The above is freeware and what I use under Windows.

Is your burner okay??.

Have you fully de-compressed the ISO file??.

You can try installing Zorin from a live usb.
You can download "universal USB installer" from PenDriveLinux http://www.pendrivelinux.com/universal- ... -as-1-2-3/ follow the very easy steps and prepare a live usb stick.
Then boot from the usb and install zorin.

If your pc/laptop does not support booting from usb, follow my guide here: viewtopic.php?f=6&t=2113
