FGLRX not working

Im installed Zorin OS 6, and FGLRX from "restricted drivers", but when im looking the system info, i see the mesa driver. The ati driver isn't loaded. When im installed the Zorin OS 5.2, then all works perfect.

did you update your system fully before activating the drivers??.

Yes, I updated the packages, but the system hasn't been upgraded. I will try this.
