lost and need help please

Hi all,

New to ubuntu/linux so go easy on me.

When I try to do my update it tells me I'm not connected to the internet, though I am.

I am running Zorin 6 that I downloaded.

Any help would be appreciated!

Hi,

try this first, see the section about "Broken Files" first:

viewtopic.php?f=6&t=2247

Then update using the "dpkg" method.
