can't edit panel in zorin 6?

I installed zorin 6 and using the gnome 2 mode. But I can't add and remove applets. I tried right clicking and alt + right clicking, but nothing happens. How do I fix this?

Try pressing alt+super key (windows key) and while you continue to keep these two keys pressed, right-click with your mouse the panel bar.
You will see the properties menu.

Edit: Thanx WM. I always write this down wrong

Alt + Superkey (Windows Key), right click on panel then add or remove.
