Two Gnome Panel Program running

When ever i log-in i find two gnome panel program running. I am providing screen shots of of system monitor. I have to end or kill the zombie to stop the load on cpu. Temperature of my cpu rises as result of the zombie gnome panel. Kindly advice how to troubleshoot.

Hi,

paste this command in a terminal then open "Startup Applications" which will show all startup entries and make sure that Gnome-Panel is only ticked once:

sudo sed -i 's/NoDisplay=true/NoDisplay=false/g' /etc/xdg/autostart/*.desktop
