Reloading of package information in Synaptic package manager (Zorin 6 core x64), gives me this:
Failed to fetch http://dl.google.com/linux/chrome/deb/dists/precise/main/binary-amd64/Packages 404 Not Found
Failed to fetch http://dl.google.com/linux/chrome/deb/dists/precise/main/binary-i386/Packages 404 Not Found
Failed to fetch http://deb.opera.com/opera/dists/precise/non-free/binary-amd64/Packages 404 Not Found
Failed to fetch http://deb.opera.com/opera/dists/precise/non-free/binary-i386/Packages 404 Not Found
Some index files failed to download. They have been ignored, or old ones used instead.

So, after some web searching, I managed to solve that entering the correct repository parameter for Opera and Google Chrome:
(Via GUI):
Synaptic package manager > Settings > Repositories > Other Softwares
CLICK on line which starts with "http://dl.google.com/... and click EDIT. When window popup, change "Distribution: precise" to "Distribution: stable"

For Opera, EDIT line which starts with "http://deb.opera.com/...." and do the same thing (change precise to stable)
