I have read the sticky on how to use VB, but how do I run windows 7, that is already installed on my PC as a secondary boot, so I can run it on VB via Zorin?

If I understand well your question, you have format the PC and install Zorin as your only OS, then install VB, and then install win7 through VB.

Thanks. Yes, I have the original disc. So, why would I have to format my pc? I have a dual boot of Zorin/windows 7. I use Zorin most of the time, but would like to use VB, or something similar to access windows, without having to reboot all the time.

You can keep the dual-boot, but install again windows in Zorin via VB.
So you will have windows7 two times. One in dual boot and one within zorin via dual boot.

Or

you can format the PC, install only Zorin, and then install win7 via VB.

The choice is yours.

Just keep in mind the win7 via the VB may not be able to run properly "heavy" programs like games etc.
So you have to decide for what purpose you need the win7.
If it is just to use office, then it is just fine. But if it is for creating web-pages via adobe photo-deluxe C5, then better keep the dual boot.
