when power critically low hibernate does not work

There is an option in Power settings: When power critically low --> hibernate selection does not work
I tested with Zorin 5.2 and 6.0. If battery becomes empty, system lost the power and lost the unsaved data. I think it should hibernate the system.
I haven't test it with Ubuntu 12.04.

I tested with Ubuntu 12.04 and hibernation worked. I guess there is a problem with Zorin OS 6 and 5.2.

Transmission was installed but not running when I had this problem. But I'll un install transmission and I re-test it, if the problem has solved or not and let you know what happened.
