Hi

I have switched to my fav gnome classic mode(sudo apt-get install gnome) and get the gnome panel after logging in, however the default avant zorin bar also starts up in gnome mode, which is not needed, how should i get rid of this in gnome classic mode ONLY.. If i remove it from startup application will it also be removed from the Zorin desktop mode too??

Thanks
Mark

Hi Mark,

if you right click the AWN panel and on "Dock Preferences", in "General" there is a box at the bottom, take the tick out of "Start AWN Automatically".

You can also stop it in startup applications!!, it won't hurt.
