How can I make an ISO copy of my entire zorin instalation?

I am new to all this so hope this is understandable? I have put Zorin on one of my old dell d610s and have gotten all the updates and drivers I need and loaded up all the software I will ever need (famous last words of course!). Now I want to make an ISO of it all for backup and to load on my other two identical dell d610s. I have downloaded ISO Master and I understand how it works - but when I try to copy every file and folder it keeps telling me that "can't copy that kind of file" in a series of pop-ups?
So here is my question: WHICH FOLDERS AND WHICH FILES SHOULD I DESIGNATE FOR THE ISO? Thanks for you help. Peter in Arlington, Va. :?:
