How to get Brightness control working in Zorin 3.2?

Its silly I know, but its annoying...

Does anyone else have problems with there Brightness control not working?

It could be a hardware problem running Zorin 3,2 on a Samsung R730.

Hi,

check in system settings > brightness and lock and see if the slider is all the way to the right, also; does your notebook have an "FN" combo, mine is the FN key + F11 and/or F12.
