How to mount a Windows 7 share?

After the printer has been set up, there is one other problem. How to access the files on a Windows 7 computer. I get this error message when trying to access the Windows share: 'Unable to mount location. Failed to mount Windows share.'
The laptop with Zorin is setup for the homegroup ( I checked it in the smb.conf file), and the Windows 7 computer has a partition shared, with all rights.
Zorin can access an XP computer in the same network without any problems.
Setup of the Win7 computer: 5 user accounts, all without password, and one shared partition.
I have found some info, but I get stuck everywhere, since a password seems always needed.

Is it possible to access the Win7 pc without the need for a password?

Removing everything from Windows Live Essentials did not work in this case.

Everything from Windows Live Essentials has been removed. The service Windows Live Sign-in assistant has gone. But still the same error.

I did everything under "How to Map Network Shares in Ubuntu 12.04 (Precise Pangolin)" but no luck either.
Haven't found anything yet. A lot of solutions are about the situation that passwords are set on the computer with shares.
