[SOLVED] Updates?

When update runs it keeps coming up a saying it has one file to down load but there is nothing showing up to be downloaded
i have taken a screen shot of message but when i try to post picture as an attachment it tells me id an invalid file
Screenshot from 2012-10-12 08:01:13.png is an invalid filename.

I assume you are using Ubuntu Update which seems to be a bit crabby at the mo!!.

I should know where to do this but my brain has gone to sleep (getting forgetful,not a joke i am getting mind blank outs )

@Swarf,

I don't think that it will worth your while to re-install as you may well come up against the same problem because the download mirrors aren't working correctly, that's why I said about changing the software sources download location as an option rather than do as you suggest.

You may have to try a few of the repo's before it works correctly!!.
