First of all, your wireless says it is hard blocked. This means that you have a wifi switch/button that is turned "off".
Find it and turn it to "on".
This switch might be a button, a combination of keys (i.e. Fn+F2) or an actual switch.

When you turn the switch to "ON", plug an ethernet cable to get internet, then open terminal and execute the following commands, the one after the other:
Code:
sudo apt-get remove --purge bcmwl-kernel-source
sudo apt-get install linux-firmware-nonfree

When you do the above, unplug the ethernet cable, restart and let me know if your wifi works.
