Open VPN

Hi

I am having issues with the Open VPN desktop on Gnome. It has installed fine and I have setup 4 VPN servers. However, when I restart my PC the certificate for the VPN is always forgotten and have to edit the VPN and select it again. I save as normal but as soon as I restart the PC it is gone again. It's a pain to have to keep doing this so I am hoping someone can help please?

Thanks for the quick reply.

I used sudo apt-get install network-manager-openvpn-gnome

It all works fine apart from having to reload the certificate each time

I don't use it so its a bit hard for me to suggest anything, are there any settings in the preferences menu of the app where you can save the certs??.

It's a weird one! I had it working before but when I decided to kill Windoze totally, format my HDD and just have Zorin as my OS I suddenly started to have this problem. On the previous installation it always remembered the certificate.

I wonder if removing it and the installing again would help?

if it doesn't cause you a major headache, you should give it a try, does it work with Samba together?? (in conjunction with).
