Zoriin OS Black screen before shutdown

Hi,
Despite the fact that my dual boot graphics problem has been solved. I am still facing a problem, which is not new-it has been there from the start.
Whenever, I shutdown Zorin OS 6 (64bit), I am forwarded with a black screen with messages- it is just a flash which is why I cannot make out what all of the text is. Afterwards, the OS shuts down as normal.
Is there a way I can solve this problem :?:

have you fully updated your system using this guide:

let us know if the problem goes away.
