Firefox 16 is loosing it's top bar with minimisation, maximisation and closing buttons. I'm not sure what it's causing but I always browse on few tabs. Always short time I loost top bar and don't see anything above File, Edir, View... options.

- Has anyone noticed this behaviour ?

Hi,

what theme are you using?, do you have the latest Nvidia drivers should you have an Nvidia card?:

viewtopic.php?f=6&t=2490

and use the PPA.

Try also changing the themes with Ubuntu Tweak > Tweaks > Themes.

Let us know if this helps.

I have standard theme which comes with system and standard drivers for nvidia which also came as default with system. I'm not updating because this is causing problems for me (other of my topics)...

Hi birkopf,

what theme are you using?, certain themes may well be the cause as I have had similar problems myself.

Did you use the Webupd8 PPA?.

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:webupd8team/themes

There are several GTK3 themes including the "Gnomish" set.

Let us know how you get on.
