GnoMenu user image is not image of user

Hello ...... after installing Zorin 6.1 i am trying to set the user image on the GnoMenu to the same one set in system settings/user accounts ...what ever image is set ..never appears on the user GnoMenu ..when the image on the menu is selected the user accounts dialogue box appears with the image of the user ok ...! is there another way to get the image onto the menu ?
