Hey guys,

So I'm in need of some help. I've downloaded the Zorin OS 6 Ultimate 64bit .7z file using the latest version of FireFox. I right click the .7z file and click Extraxt Here and am asked to enter my password. So I enter my password and click OK, but I get an error saying that the file is corrupt. I've tried downloading the file with Chrome as well as using both winrar and 7-zip to extract the .iso file. Anyone have any suggestions?

Hi,

are you entering your own password or the one that was given to you for Zorin Ultimate?.

You might want to contact the devs as with Ultimate you have Email support!!.
