Zorin os 6 install flickers

HELP ! I was running Ubuntu 12.4 with never a problem, so I installed Zoin OS 6 and all it will do is flicker and stall. I'm at a loss. Why does this OS flicker?

I installed it on an e-machines T3624 Intel Celeron D Processor 330 2.66GHz Intel Extreme Graphics 3D 80hd 2gb RAM

Hi,

did you burn the ISO at the slowest possible speed, if you didn't, you should reburn it with the slowest burn setting possible!!.

You can try updating using the "dpkg" method, see this guide:
