[Solved] Customising a Theme

Dear All,
I installed several of the themes from here but I would like to change them.

Is there a place where I can see what can be changed and how? For example, I love "Gnomish Dark" but the LibreOffice Calculator worksheet backgrond is too dark, and in "Zukitwo-Dust" the vertical and horizontal bars do not have the "single" move harrow, only the middle bar. I am working on an ODS file with 50,000 rows and need them.

Any suggestions will be much appreciated.
