Can't use mouse wheel to scroll down, why?

I installed zorin 6.1 lite in a virtual box, I install guess addition, updated everything but i still can't use the mouse wheel to scroll up and down on a page. Please help me how to fix this?

yeah it's usb mouse. but I can't find the USB group, all I can see is "users" "utempter" "utmp" and "uucp"
