Hello all! Last night I made a post about not being sble to download, I tried to set it to 'RESOLVED' but I am unsure of how to do that, so just a FYI to Moderators/Admins, that thread is completed.
When I burn the Zorin OS 64bit Ultimate iso to a DVD @ 4x, which is slow and the slowest is 3x, when the Installer loads the main menu, if I try to boot [in ANY mode] it loads this...

Everything on my end checks out according to the Steps 1-3 listed by the site. This is what I need help on. First of which, people assume that Linux n00bies just know how to navigate and do this or that in the Linux terminal/command prompt etc. This is just simply not the case. So when they say to...
I have no idea what or how to check paths, which paths to look for, and I also do not know how to tinker with files of this type. Like I said, n00bies are assumed to know this stuff, and this is just not the case. After I tried searching the forums for answers I cannot find anything tailored or specific to my situation so I am posting a new thread. I received excellent help on the forums last night, so thank you for that. My Premium Account has not been activated yet, when can I expect this to happen as the main reason in donating for the Ultimate Edition was the tech support assurance. Not many distros or communities can conclusively say they have tech support. I am excited to get this distro up and running, however I really would appreciate some help on the side while I try to solve it myself.
Again, thank you for anyone who can offer/lend their support. I greatly appreciate it.
On a side note, I will explain everything that I have done outlined below...

-MD5 checksum (winmd5)
- *.iso image
- UNetBootin
- LiveUSB
- I also used the steps outlined @ http://www.PenDriveLinux.com
- Burned *.iso w/ 2 diff. DVD's @ 4x speed. Both failed.
