Hide Usernames at Login

I want to make it so everyone has to type in both their name (username/login name) AND their password. Another site said to type the following but it did NOT work.

sudo -u gdm gconftool-2 --set --type boolean /apps/gdm/simple-greeter/disable_user_list true


Can you tell me how to hide all names.

So I used Gnome System app or something which gives me advanced User Settings but all it says is adm, and other short letters put together how do I hide it?
