New Zoriner has a couple of questions

1. How do I get more skins than those in Preferences > Appearance

2. How do I get a bigger cursor option - have bad eyesight

You can > RIight-Click on any JPEG or PNG image and add it as Background just as you would in Windows.

Swarfendor can answer your question on the bigger cursor better than myself. Being there is different ones that can be added and he would know which one would be best for you in your situation.
