Slow Gaming Graphics

I am having troubles with very slow gaming graphics like in facebook games or games requiring 3D or need an upgraded flash. I am on a slightly modified e-Machine W3118
1.4 GiB memory
AMD Sempron 3100+ processor
Gallium 0.4 on NV4E Graphics
32 bit Zorin OS
and 77.2 GB disk
NVIDIA C51G (Geforce 6100) graphics card
the games are slow and choppy when playing them is there an upgrade for the Gallium 0.4 or any other way to improve the quality of the graphics.

Have you tried with both open and closed Nvidia drivers?
