Zorin os6.2 ultimate crash on instal

Hi guys looking for some help here. I bought the new Zorin os 6.2 ultimate after reading some great reviews but unfortunately i have been having trouble during installation. I downloaded the file from the first email i received then burned it at 4x speed, I loaded up the trial at beginning and then onto full install, It keeps crashing around the half way mark when copying files and doesnt go any further. I tried again to burn it at a slower speed 2x but it still done the same, i have tried to install using the 3rd option "install directly" but still had same problem

I am really sorry to post this but i am at a loss of what to do or where to go.

Thankfully thats it all running done a full install without any problems.

Got one more question, When you go into appearance and select the theme, how do you get the theme back to the original look straight after install as i changed it when doing all my settings but would like it back to the way it was. Thanks
