K9copy

I have just loaded K9COPY from the software center on Zorin6.1 it has put it into sound and video, but when i go to use it it will not come up on my screen does not fire up , any work a rounds this problem i had ithis hapen to me with Mobile media once , any help would be great
also while i am here i payed for ultimate zorin 6 and downloaded it copied to disk now i cant find my disk is there any way i can get another copy many thanks

K9copy used to work well in ubuntu 10.04with no trouble , and i would think if its in software center it should work ok but its not
