Problem switching aplications

Hi,my problem is when i minimize window to tray, and click on these or another problem in tray to maximize it appears only white window like in picture..i cant switching programs, i must click several times on same program to see it correctly..its frustrating,somebody can help me?

I copied this over for ya from the original post by Wolfman.
Problem::
The screen goes white when more than one window is open, this is something to do with Compiz, the windows turn white one when more than one window is open and you try to switch between them.

Fix::
Open Compiz > Effects > Animations > Focus Animation > Highlight where it says "Focus Effect" - "Dodge" > Edit > Focus Effect > Select "None" > Close

Note : The idea is to change the focus effect from ( Dodge ) to ( None ) !!!
