Firstly I have a Compaq Presario CQ60
1 core at 2.20 ghz
2 GB of memory

So i have had this problem for awhile, I have not been able to uninstall Zorin OS.
I have opened GParted in a live boot drive and deleted etx4 and linux-swap partitions but then when i restart my computer i get a command console that doesnt do anything, and it won't let me boot, so I have to reinstall linux to use windows.
What should I do and how do I get rid of Linux?

If you are sure that the linux partition is deleted, you need to re-install the ΜΒR (master boot record) of windows. (Win7 I am guessing?)
Your problem is that by deleting linux, you also deleted the grub menu through which you were selecting which OS you wanted to boot (Zorin or Win7).

See this guide

You either need a DVD of win7 or a repair disk of win7

I recommend "Boot Repair" for future use!!.
