KAddress Book

I use Zorin 5.0 and have the KOrganizer and KAddress Book version 4.6.5 installed. Recently I was not able to launch the address book at all. I've done a reboot and it started right up but now it won't launch at all after the initial reboot.

When I try to bring up the address book I briefly see "Launching KAddress Book" in the tray but that's where it ends. Any suggestions would be gratefully appreciated.

Hi,

I would install the package "kde-full" then try again!!.

(Command via a terminal)

sudo apt-get install kde-full

It will install a shed load of useless other packages for you but you should be able to get KDE address book to work!!.

Did you install the package "kontact" ??.
