Spanish Language Installations problem

I have recently installed Zorin 6.3 Core on a Toshiba Notebook. All was normal, until i saw that the whole text was on English, so i decide to install my mother language: Spanish (i am from Mexico, so excuse my English faults).
When i go to Language Support, the languages for menus and windows only show me English languages and his variants, but in Regional Formats, i can choose Español Castellano. I tried to install a language, but i mark Spanish, Castilian and when try to download, appears a error message, telling me that my conection failed and the error log is this:

I tried to install another language, like Russian, and all was fine, it started to download. Even I tried to install the package from the console but the same error showed up.
Yesterday, the laptop was in Zorin 6.2 and the language problem was none.
So, can someone help me? I dont have problem with english, but i need the spanish language for my family.
