Using BBC iPlayer in The Netherlands

Can anyone help me as to how to use the BBC iPlayer in The Netherlands, this is the only problem stopping me from completely switching to Zorin.
Under Windows I use ExpatShield to bypass my location but am unable to install this in Zorin using Wine ( and before anyone shoots me down for trying something illegal/unethical/whatever ( as happened on the Linux Mint forum ) we get, and pay for, BBC TV via cable here in NL, I only need iPlayer on those occasions I forget to record something ).

Thanks in advance for any help.

Hi CJ,

I don't know about using a proxy but here is a site that has BBC 1 + 2, ITV 1 + 2, Channel 4 + Film 4:

http://schoener-fernsehen.com/

There are a couple of other English language channels too!.

Peer assisted networking must be enabled and it doesn't work in Firefox, it does work in Google Chrome though!!.

Wolfman - the site works fine but only shows live streams, I need the iPlayer's capability to watch/download programmes previously transmitted.
Swarfendor - will investigate this when I have more time.

Thank you both for your swift responses.
