Canon MG5200

Greetings all! Just did clean install of the new OS7 and love it! I do have one small problem I hope someone can assist me with. In version 6 I was able to use my Canon MG5200 wireless printer following the instructions at http://linuxtidbits.wordpress.com/2011/ ... ntu-setup/ However now, when I do the step by step I get dependency errors. There are also instructions on the net about installing the Michael-gruz repositories, but those seem to be down right now. I have downloaded the driver files from the Australian site and can't get them to work for dependency problems either. Any suggestions?

Hi,

take a look at the post install guide where there are links for printing drivers including Canon:

If you still have a problem with dependecies, make a note of them and download the packages you need from here:

http://pkgs.org/
