winff conversions

I have used winff with good results and not many failed conversions with Zorin 6 so i have given zorn7 a try and out of the box i am having all sorts of trouble with converting movies
same settings as zorn6 and nothing is working in that department, i thought zorin came pre installed with every thing to use winff
am i missing something

Hi David,

did you install the Medibuntu repo (see the guide: viewtopic.php?f=5&t=2054 ) and any of the codecs packages?.

Paste this command in a terminal after setting up the Medibuntu repo if you haven't already done so:

Code:: sudo apt-get install non-free-codecs ffmpeg faac flac

(Winff needs "ffmpeg" to work!!)
