Winnff trouble

I have been using Winff for a while with very little trouble but to day it will not start to convert
have posted an attachment of screen shot or i hope i have something to do with sound

Hi,

do you have the package "libavcodec-extra-53" installed, it states in the pic that you should use "avconv" but I don't know how to use the app as I have never used it before sorry!.
