Online accounts not working at all Zorin OS 7

When I try registering for my online accounts (Facebook, Google, Windows live), each time I am able to login and grant them access to my stuff. But after that, when I'm back to online accounts in the system settings, it's like nothing happened. None of the three accounts have saved. I searched the forum and Internet and I seem to be the only one having this issue. What could I do? Please help anyone. Thanks!

Hi,

afaik there are two Online Account buttons in Ubuntu, are you using the right (the correct) one?:

Hi, thanks for replying. In my case, I only have one online account option.

And when I click on add an online account, I get this interface with "?" as icons, showing that there is probably something wrong.

And as it turns out, nothing works.

Hi Phillipe,

try running "DPKG" per this guide, a network cable connection is required!:

Let us know if that helps, I suspect if you run the update as above, it should solve the problem.
