Movie convertion with Arista

I have downloaded a movie off the net in MP4 format with no sub titles , but when i convert it to AVI format with Arista, it does have English sup titles where will thy be coming from lol
Have tried winff and same thing any help

it may be the file itself, have you tried downloading the same file from a different location?.

Sorry I cannot be of more help as it is something I don't do!.
