I am experiencing intermittent freeze-ups of Zorin 6.2 under VirtualBox 4.2.16. This only started about 4 or 5 days ago. It occurs very irregularly; I am not sure what type events cause it.
I have updated the system and I am sure I am running the latest everything, including the VirtualBox Guest Additions at the same (4.2.16) version. I am NOT having these problems with my other VMs, only Zorin. Even my Ubuntu VM (running 12.04 LTS, incidentally) is stable.
One thing I do note is that on the host, there is a CPU pegged at 100% and does not let go. The only way to workaround this is to reboot.
I've not had these problems with ZorinOS in the past, so I don't understand why this is suddenly a problem.
