Zorin messed up with my laptop

I just installed Zorin OS this morning, and it's disappointing that it messed up with my laptop. I can't boot with Windows anymore.

Here's the situation: I have WinXP side by side with Linux Mint installed prior to Zorin. Upon prompt, I decided to install Zorin alongside them. It worked for me installing other Linux distros so I though things will be perfectly fine.

My problem now is that whenever I boot, this what happens:

1st screen: GRUB for Linux Mint, with option to boot on Windows
by selecting this, it goes to:
2nd screen: GRUB for zorin, win xp & linux mint

What happens is that every time i select windows, it goes on an "infinite loop" back to Zorin's grub. In effect, it makes me unable to boot directly to windows.

I tried supergrubdisk to access windows on my laptop, to no avail.

As I don't know the parameters of your installation (partitions etc) I would suggest that you firstly use boot repair.

Hi,

if "fdisk /mbr" doesn't work, try the command:

Code:
fixmbr

I would first go with MV's suggestion and use a copy of "Boot Repair" !!.
