Advanced power management on a laptop

I know in Disks which is found under Accessories>Disks has an option for AAM and spin down times(from 5 seconds to never).
But this is on Zorin OS 7 which i have on a flash drive.

I use Zorin OS 6.4 on this laptop and am not sure how it is done.
