upgade from 6 to 7 help

Hi All

Need same help with upgade from OS 6, 12:04, 64Bit to OS 7?

The Destop PC is setup fine with ATI / AMD drive, Steam, and more!

I have Download Zorin OS 7 Core is the standard desktop version 64Bit ISO

Do I boot from CD to install OS?
