i have problem about my zorin os 7 it about internal problem that cause me cannot access software updater and synaptic package manager ? can someone give me instruction how to fix this problems , i can only use terminal for fix this problem i have try sudo apt-get update ,sudo apt-get upgrade, sudo dpkg --configure -a and sudo apt-get install -f but it can repaire and always showing message internal problem.i have try send problem to the developer but failed

Hi,

the link that GF provided you with is refering to running "DPKG", see that section of the guide, as GF also pointed out, you need to have a network cable for safe results!.
