How to make it like Windows 7 ?

There a a couple annoying things

1. How to enlarge the typeface in my
chrome bookmarks and the Zorin startmenu(Homefolder/Pictures/Music/..)
ITS TINY

2.How to make the annoying window flipping opening and closing thing dissapear?

3.I seperated my hard drive into 2 pieces C is for windows 7 and D for Zorin

What to chose at the installation to make Zorin on D (30 GB) ?

2. Open Compiz-Config Settings Manager (Menu | System Tools | Preferences | Compiz-Config Settings Manager). Look for 'Animations' and 'uncheck' it!
