Scrollbar size in Firefox

The scrollbar is tiny and there are no arrows for up and down. Is there an easy way to change the size of the scrollbar and add the arrows back?

I know... its time to upgrade to a scroll mouse ;) .

Please don't feel ignored! I am sure someone will come along soon to help - I don't use Firefox that much mainly due to 'freezing' issues - I use Opera instead! :D
