Is there a way that I can have certain effects like the desktop cube anti-aliased, what about the panel preview(image to show what i am talking about)?

Hi,

I can only refer you to the Compiz site, there are plenty of links for you to browse through:

Just to add what I have gleaned whilst traversing ultimateeditionoz forum: The lead developer of Compiz worked for Canonical - he has left to complete his degree course - I am sure we all want to wish him well. There are a dozen or more devs at Canonical still working on the project but when the leading light goes you do get concerns as to its future. He is not planning on going back to Canonical once he has finished his degree and so there is some uncertainty as to the future of this great application - and it is not just for flashy effects - it also has some exceptionally useful Accessibility Features too!
