AllChars Equivalent?

Hi -

Making good progress with Zorin - have almost forgotten about Windows!

Still a few gotchas, though. Under Windows I used to run either AllChars or Accent Composer, which allowed me to use, for example, ctrl-e-m to type my e-mail address or ctrl-a-d to type my home address. The only similar thing that I can find under Zorin is Autokey, which I find clumsy and buggy. The Compose key, which I have looked up, seems only to offer accented characters which, while useful, is not really what I am after here.

Surely there must be something else to carry out this vital (for me!) function?!

I thought there was an 'AllChars' function somewhere but I am at work - will look at this when I get home - unless someone else beats me to it! :D

Thanks, Wolfman. These look very promising. I will be checking them out later today. :-)
