I use the Windows 7 skin on Zorin 6 and it has suddenly disappeared, how can I get it back? The tray comes back if I switch to Gnome 2 but I prefer W7 to be honest.

Hi,

use Ubuntu Tweak > Tweaks > Theme and change your theme with that!.

Or if you mean the Avant Panel (AWN Panel), see the post install guide and this section:

More info about the AWN (Avant Window Manger)
