I've tried connecting my iPod Touch 5th gen (latest iOS 7) but apparently it wont connect to my computer. The iPod keeps on popping up the "Trust this computer?" message and I keep pressing on "Trust" but I get from Zorin is The device <device_name> is locked. Please enter your passcode and try again. Then whenever I click on "Try Again", it just loops back asking me to enter my passcode... I don't have a passcode :(

What should I do??? :(

Hi migxportugal, there have been similar posts on here in the past about this - is this 'USB' connectivity? I guess because it is iOS 7, GNU/Linux will not be up-to-date with this as Apple are making it increasingly hard for users to access their devices down to there DRM OS'es - all I can suggest (if a laptop) is to see if you can connect via 'Bluetooth' - and even then, no guarantees!
